Long Life Vision Retreat

Dec 3–6, 2026
Cyprus
3 nights · 2 core days
Sergey Young

You spend significant time thinking about the longevity of your portfolio companies. The allocation of capital across market cycles. The compounding of returns over decades. Rarely do you apply the same rigour to the decades of your own life — to what you are optimising for, and whether the current trajectory will actually get you there.

This retreat closes the year with that inquiry. Sergey Young — longevity investor, founder of the Longevity Vision Fund, and author of The Science and Technology of Growing Young — brings the investment framework he uses in his professional life and applies it with precision to the design of a life itself.

The Framework

The longevity field has moved from fringe to frontier. The science is real. The timelines are compressing. The decisions you make about your own biology in the next five years will determine the options available in the next fifty. Most people making those decisions are not investors. Most investors are not yet making those decisions with the rigour they deserve.

This retreat applies investment-grade thinking to the design of a long life — and to the deeper question of what that life is actually for.

«The longest-lived people in history didn’t just extend their years. They had a reason to use them.»

Day One  ·  3 December

The Longevity Thesis

Focus: What is actually happening in longevity science — with the clarity of someone who has deployed capital into it.

Not hype, not pessimism. A sober, investor-grade view of where longevity science is now, what is coming in the next decade, and what the implications are for the decisions you make today.

  • The State of the Science. The current landscape of longevity research — senolytics, epigenetic reprogramming, NAD metabolism, continuous glucose monitoring — presented with the rigour of an investor who has spent a decade deploying capital into this space.
  • Near-Horizon vs. Long-Horizon. What is available and evidence-based today. What is 5-10 years away. What is further out but directionally reliable. The portfolio allocation across time horizons.
  • Your Personal Biology Audit. A structured review of each participant’s current health metrics, biomarkers, and practices — using the Longevity Vision Fund’s diagnostic framework — to identify the highest-leverage interventions for their specific profile.
  • The 25-Year Scenario. If the science continues on its current trajectory, what does 2050 look like for someone who made the right decisions in 2026? A concrete, evidence-based scenario for the most ambitious trajectory.

Day Two  ·  4 December

The Life Portfolio

Focus: Applying investment principles to the design of a life.

A portfolio optimised only for financial return is underallocated. The most sophisticated investors understand that a life well-designed is also a life well-invested — across health, relationships, purpose, and contribution. Day Two builds the model.

  • The Four Asset Classes. Health capital, relationship capital, purpose capital, and financial capital — their interdependencies, their compounding properties, and the characteristic ways high-performers systematically underinvest in the first three.
  • The Long Horizon Problem. How to think about decision-making when the relevant time horizon extends to 100+ years. The cognitive biases that systematically distort long-horizon planning — and how to correct for them.
  • Rebalancing. A structured analysis of where each participant is currently over- and underallocated across the four asset classes — and what rebalancing would actually require.
  • The Decade Design. A framework for designing each decade of life with the intentionality of a capital allocation decision — what to build, what to protect, what to harvest, what to pass on.

Day Three  ·  5 December

Vision Architecture

Focus: What is the life you are actually trying to build?

The final day moves from analysis to design. Not as an abstract exercise in goal-setting, but as a precise act of clarification: given everything you know about where you are, where the science is going, and what actually matters, what are you building toward?

  • The Legacy Question. Not as sentiment but as strategy: what do you want to have built, contributed, and passed on at the end of a long life — and what does that require you to do differently in the next five years?
  • The 10-Year Vision. A structured process for developing a concrete, specific, and personally resonant vision for the decade ahead — not a mission statement, but an operational document.
  • Metrics for Meaning. Identifying the two or three leading indicators that will tell you whether you are on track toward the life you have designed — and building the measurement infrastructure to track them.
  • The Protocol Commitment. Each participant leaves with a personal longevity protocol — the specific practices, interventions, and habits that their biology and their vision require — committed to in the presence of the group.

Your Facilitator

Sergey Young

Sergey Young is a longevity investor and visionary who has made it his mission to make longevity accessible to millions. He is the founder of the Longevity Vision Fund — a $100M fund dedicated to longevity and life extension technologies — and the author of The Science and Technology of Growing Young. He sits on the Board of Directors of XPRIZE as a sponsor of the Age Reversal XPRIZE competition.

His work occupies a unique position: he is simultaneously deploying capital into longevity science at scale and developing practical frameworks for the rest of us to benefit from it now, without waiting for technologies that may arrive in the next decade. He brings both horizons to this retreat.

What you leave with

A personal longevity protocol — specific to your biology, your metrics, and your life horizon — with a commitment to implement it.

An investor-grade understanding of where longevity science actually is — and what decisions that implies for the next 5 years.

A life portfolio model — a clear picture of where you are over- and underallocated, and what rebalancing requires.

A 10-year vision document — concrete, specific, and operational — with the metrics to track whether you are building toward it.

Who this is for

Investors, founders, and operators who are serious about the long game — not just in their professional life but in the life itself. People who have applied sophisticated thinking to their portfolio and are ready to apply the same rigour to their own biology, their decades, and what they are building toward.

This retreat is particularly suited for the end of a year — when there is natural momentum for reflection and forward design, and when the habits established in December tend to carry into the year that follows.
